PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Now that regular season is finished, practice is from 8:30 to 10:00 for those kids who have moved on to mid caps. Any kids who have not made it to mid caps are also more than welcome to come to practices.
Please make sure your children have sunscreen applied before practice and that they have a water bottle with them every day (you'll thank me later). Goggles, especially shaded ones, will make your children much more comfortable and are highly recommended. Please also make sure your children bring shorts, shirts and shoes for dryland practice.
